Your data stays yours
Each organization's data is isolated at the database level. Every request is limited to one organization's records, so one client can never see another's.
Sign-in protection
Two-factor sign-in with an authenticator app is required for administrators and available to every user.
A record that can't be rewritten
Audit records are append-only. The database itself blocks any change to or deletion of them, whoever asks.
Encrypted and backed up
EffortIQ runs on Amazon Web Services in the United States. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Backups allow point-in-time recovery for 35 days, are copied to a second US region, and monthly backups are kept for ten years.
